    • Why he is here in a short “elevator pitch (30 seconds).
    • Leave time for the other person to tell them about you.
    • Tell why I should use our service. “the hook”.
  • Need a hook in a one sentence statement.

    • Mark it personal and conversational
    • Change it up and keep it strong

  • Mirror practice does not give you reality. An empty room is better.
